Returns and Exchanges Policy
- We offer exchanges and accept returns on all full price bags within 14 working days of delivery for national orders.
- In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- A purchased item can be exchanged for another item of the same value.
- When shipping, please send the item back in the original packaging.
- Please note: International orders are final sale only and, regrettably, we can not accept returns and exchanges of items.
- Please also note: Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping.
- Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned without an exchange will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.
- Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" or any sale, or promotional items, cannot be returned or exchanged, without any exceptions.
- Please email within 14 days of receiving your order delivery to request an return or exchange.
- We will send you an email to notify you once your return or exchange request has been approved.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that it has been processed.
- All made to order and custom items are final sale and non refundable.
- Please note: unfortunately sale and promotional items cannot be refunded.
- Please allow up to 7 - 10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email when your return or exchange is complete.
