Returns and Exchanges Policy

 

  • We offer exchanges and accept returns on all full price bags within 14 working days of delivery for national orders.
  • In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • A purchased item can be exchanged for another item of the same value.
  • When shipping, please send the item back in the original packaging
  • Please note: International orders are final sale only and, regrettably, we can not accept returns and exchanges of items.
  • Please also note: Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping.
  • Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned without an exchange will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.
  • Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" or any sale, or promotional items, cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
  • Please email within 7 days of receiving your order delivery to request an return or exchange.
  • We will send you an email to notify you once your return or exchange request has been approved.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that it has been processed.
  • Please note: unfortunately sale and promotional items cannot be refunded.
